Yes, but it is not a trial of a plan. Every new account gets 7 days free at its own level: 10 questions on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, without a credit card. We measure three times during those seven days, once at setup and then on day 3 and day 6, so you see movement within the trial itself. Claude and Gemini are not included; those belong to Plus and up. We do open up Pro's advisory features, so you see the AI-Readiness Audit, the GEO Recommendations, the action plan and the GA4 connection actually working. If you then choose a paid plan, your subscription starts at that moment; remaining trial days do not carry over.

Really. Every question goes to the AI model as a real search, and the model consults the web for it at that moment. If the model cites sources, those appear with the answer as a clickable link, so you can check where the answer came from. A tool that lets the model answer from its training is far cheaper, but measures something else: what an AI once learned, and not what your customer sees today.

Because we measured it. Five identical runs on the same day gave scores of 85, 87, 84, 88 and 85. Measuring more often therefore adds nothing to that number. What did fluctuate was whether an individual question mentioned your brand: for almost a quarter of the question-source combinations that came out differently from one run to the next. So we ask every question three times on Claude and Gemini, the two sources that fluctuation comes from, and we keep the majority. You would rather have one number you can steer by than seven that bounce around. What you do control: change something on your site and you can pull a fresh measurement without waiting for your fixed day. That is separate from the rhythm, because then the input changed and not just the date.

Yes. Your data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, and tokens and sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256. To measure, your questions go to the AI models themselves, partly in the US, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as our privacy policy explains. No end-user personal data is processed beyond your own account.
